Review of notable events of 2010

In 2010, Humanium developed its activities in India, in Europe and on the Internet.

In India, the project for sustainable development in the Sankarapuram entered into its largest expansion, benefiting all 1,362 villagers. A new, more or less similar, project was launched not far from there in the Annathur village. A third village, Azakusamudram, is being prepared…

In Europe, the Humanium family is enlarged with Humanium France and Humanium Germany. Humanium is not only one association, Humanium became a movement of 3 associations with the same commitment of service to Humanity.

The Humanium website has evolved into 3 languages (French, German and English) and is accompanied by a blog, where each week articles, photos and testimonials are published… The online store also received a makeover and became trilingual.

On November 20, on Humanium’s anniversary, which also is Global Children’s Day, Humanium launched a Children’s Rights Portal.

All of this was possible, not only through the commitment of our operational partners in India, but also thanks to the support of all who have served alongside us throughout 2010.

A big thank you to all.
