Humanium partners the Official Hymn for the Rights of the Child (OHRC), that will be presented in June 2012 by Yannick Noah, a sponsor of this ambitious project.

In order to promote the Rights of the Child in France and in the world, the youth of Saint-Priest-en-Jarez (Loire, France) had the original idea to come up with a hymn.

To help them in the creation of the lyrics, the music, and the choreography, more than 100 artists (singers, musicians, and dancers) were asked.

Yannick Noah was also approached to participate in this incredible adventure. The singer accepted to be the official sponsor of the OHRC. Along with a number of people, he will present it at the end of June 2012, live from St.-Etienne, at the time of the official ceremony.

The Humanium association has supported the creation of the OHRC, as an educational partner.

The ultimate goal of this OHRC project is to produce a CD-DVD that will be available for purchase on November 20, 2012. The money will be donated to one or more charities that work for children’s rights.
